Norgespris låser strømprisen på 50 øre/kWh inkludert moms. Snittprisene fram mot 2026 er ventet å ligge på rundt 99 øre i Sørøst-Norge, 107 øre i Sørvest-Norge, 97 øre på Vestlandet og 66 øre i Midt-Norge.

For diesel gikk prisen opp 4,29 kroner, mens den gikk 4,10 kroner opp for bensin. Onsdag morgen er gjennomsnittprisen for diesel høyere enn på samme tid tirsdag. Drivstoffkuttet er midlertidige og gjelder til 1. september. Kuttet kom etter at Sp, Høyre, Frp og KrF sikret flertall overstyrte Arbeiderparti-regjeringen.

Kraftig kurshopp for Equinor
Norges største børsnoterte selskap stiger kraftig på Oslo Børs etter krigshandlingene i Midt-Østen. Equinor-aksjen stiger i overkant av 9 prosent. Kurshoppet kommer i kjølvannet av at prisen på nordsjøolje stiger over 7 dollar tilsvarende nær 10 prosent siden oljehandelen i London stengte før helgen. Også en rekke andre selskaper som driver med energi og frakt av energi stiger betydelig på børsen. Hovedindeksen stiger ca 1,5 prosent kort tid etter børsåpning.

Equinor og partnerne har gjort et oljefunn i Snorre-området i Nordsjøen. De har allerede planlagt for en rask og kostnadseffektiv utbygging, skriver Equinor i en pressemelding. Foreløpig volumestimat er på mellom 25 og 89 millioner fat utvinnbare oljeekvivalenter. – Funnet skal raskt kobles opp til eksisterende havbunnsanlegg og produseres over Snorre A-plattformen. Nærfeltsleting er viktig for å forlenge levetiden på felt i drift.
