På samme sendetidspunkt hadde TV 2 premiere på den syvende sesongen av Kompani Lauritzen, skriver NRK analyse i en e-post. – Lørdag var en dramatisk dag hvor det brøt ut full krig i Midtøsten, som gjorde at mange trolig hadde et annet fokus. Det er sterkt at nesten 900 000 var innom MGP-sendingen, et tall som sier noe om interessen tross et blytungt nyhetsbilde. Det var en glad og overveldet gjeng fra «Affeksjonsverdi» som ankom Norsk filminstitutt der det vanket blomster og applaus etter at det ble klart at «Affeksjonsverdi» har fått hele ni Oscar-nominasjoner. Statsminister Jonas Gahr Støre (Ap) mener Oscar-nominasjonene er uten sidestykke i norsk filmhistorie. – Dette er en stor dag for norsk film!
